Each pie features a peanut butter oat/rye blend crust, a filling made with pumpkin, Greek yogurt, and tapioca flour, and a dollop of whipped Greek yogurt on top.

Pickup is available Tuesday, November 24 or Wednesday, November 25, 2026, during Thanksgiving week at Ellie's Gourmet Barkery.
