Shipping policy

Order Processing:
  • Retail orders are typically baked and shipped within 2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends.
  • Wholesale and custom orders require a lead time of 14–21 days for production before shipping.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
  • We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
  • Free shipping may be available for select subscription boxes or promotions (see product details for eligibility).
Delivery Times:
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during holidays or inclement weather. Ellie’s Gourmet Barkery is not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking:
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
  • Please check your email for updates and use the provided tracking link to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Address:
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@elliesgourmetbarkery.com within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping:
  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
